How it's made

Five stages, oneuncompromising standard.

01

Forging

Premium surgical stainless steel is drop-forged into instrument blanks for strength and grain integrity.

02

Machining

CNC and precision tooling shape jaws, joints, and serrations to original-pattern tolerances.

03

Hand assembly

Master craftsmen set boxes, ratchets, and joints — the step that separates a good instrument from a great one.

04

Finishing & passivation

Polishing and chemical passivation build a corrosion-resistant surface that withstands repeated autoclaving.

05

Inspection & packaging

Every instrument is checked for function, finish, and dimensions before laser-marking and packaging.

Materials

The right alloyfor every task.

Material selection is the foundation of instrument performance. We match each grade to its clinical purpose.

Surgical stainless steel

AISI 410/420 martensitic grades for edge retention and durability, and 304/316 austenitic grades for corrosion resistance.

Tungsten carbide

Carbide inserts on needle holders and scissors for superior grip and a longer working life.

Titanium options

Lightweight, non-magnetic, and biocompatible titanium for micro-surgical and specialty instruments.
